For dry scalps, one shampoo is never enough! Shampoos are meant for cleansing the scalp and cannot fulfill a moisturizing or regenerating function—no shampoo can do this! If the scalp is dry and needs extra hydration, using a scalp mask is essential. You can find the precise recipes in the haircare section of the products.
Shampoos are concentrated formulas, which means they need to be diluted before use on the scalp. Dilute 10-50 ml (depending on hair length) in an applicator and distribute evenly over the scalp.
Shampoos and cleansers should never be pre-mixed in the applicator for multiple uses. Pre-mixed products are only usable within 24 hours, as they do not contain preservatives. After 24 hours, the mixed ingredients may separate, oils can precipitate, and bacteria may proliferate on plastic surfaces. Therefore, it is not recommended to use pre-mixed products.

Exclusively natural hair masks need to be rinsed out thoroughly! The plant-based ingredients can weigh down the roots if not fully rinsed out, which is especially important for fine or oily hair.
The recommended leave-on time for the hair loss mask is 5 minutes generally, but it can be 1-2 minutes as a conditioner, or up to 45 minutes for a deeper hydrating treatment. The duration depends on the hair’s texture and condition. In every case, after the time has passed, it’s important to rinse thoroughly, gently scrubbing and massaging the scalp and roots under running water.
In order for the active anti-hair loss ingredients to take effect, the product needs to be massaged into the scalp and left to work for at least 3-5 minutes.
