Before washing your hair, apply a walnut-sized amount to damp scalp or even the entire length of your hair. Gently massage into the scalp and hair using circular motions. Leave it on for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Wash your hair with a Wash or Shampoo suitable for your scalp issue.
